Visitors can find clear guidelines on visiting hours, safety protocols, and procedures for accompanying or supporting admitted patients

General Information

  • Patients are required to bring transfer notes from the referring Health Center, a health insurance, national ID card or a passport for those who hold them. Children should bring the insurance card if they are still under 17 years.

  • Outpatient clinics (OPD) are open during working days from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Emergency cases are received 24 Hours 7 days.
  • Adult and trauma emergencies are received at the Accident & Emergency Department (A&E) whereas obstetrics & gynecology and pediatric emergency cases are channeled to the Obstetrics and Gynecology and to Pediatrics respectively.

  • Admitted patients are daily followed in their respective departments by attending doctors
